A free quote is provided for each event. Upon approval
a $50.00 date deposit is required to reserve the date and decorations.
When placing a linen order (Chair Covers,
Sashes, Table Runners, etc.), orders will not be placed/confirmed until a deposit/payment of 50% of total linen bill has been
paid to Unique Accents.
To ensure your color selection is available (Sashes, Beaded Garland, etc.), all color selections
should be made as soon as possible. Unique Accents cannot guarantee color availability when less than 6 months from
event date.
All date deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days from the
event date, all deposits will be returned less the date deposit and less any deposits used for linen reservations.
If a cancellation is made 60+ days out, all deposits will be returned less the event date deposit.
Unique Accents
agrees to deilver, set up and pick up all decorations. If any decorations/rental items are found to be missing
or damaged the customer is responsible for all replacement costs and will be billed accordingly.
All final table
counts and payments are to be made 1 week prior to the event date.
