All special
request orders must be placed 6 months prior to the event date to
guarantee color choice - color choice will be subject to availability
after that time.
A
$50.00 deposit will be made to reserve an event date/date deposit is
non-refundable.
 60
days prior to the event - 50% of the total is due. Balance to be
paid in full 1 week prior to the event date. Except for linen
rentals; all linen rentals must be confirmed and paid in full 2
weeks prior to the event date.
 All
cancellations should be made 60 days prior to the event to ensure
full refund (minus $50.00 date deposit) - cancellations made less
than 60 days prior to the event will result in no refunding of any
prior payments made. Please note that any cancellations done
in regards to chairs covers, sashes or table runners may not result
in a full refund.
 Customer
to be responsible for all items ordered. Any items lost or broken,
stained or ripped - a replacement cost will be charged to the customer
following the event.
 Delivery,
Set Up & Pick Up at $85.00 (No hourly charges will be applied)
 Additional
charges will be applied to orders placed outside of Winnebago and
Boone Counties. (Please call or e-mail for charges)
